Print this, cut it out, and keep it in your wallet or with your naloxone. The four steps and the phone numbers all work without internet. To keep a copy on your phone, choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog.

Four calm steps
  1. Call 911. Say "I think this is an opioid overdose."
  2. Give naloxone. One spray in one nostril, plunger all the way down.
  3. Wait 2 to 3 minutes. No response? Give a second dose in the other nostril.
  4. Lay them on their side and stay until help arrives.

Naloxone can't hurt someone who isn't on opioids. If you're unsure, give it anyway.
